The loan is available to women entrepreneurs (business owners) who meet the following:
- Operate based on a patent or an Individual Entrepreneur (IE) certificate.
- Are residents of Kyrgyzstan aged 20 to 60.
- Possess a stable financial position and a good business reputation.

Collateral Requirements
Requirements depend on the loan amount:
- Up to 500k KGS — no collateral, 1 guarantor required.
- 500k to 2M KGS — movable or immovable property and 1 guarantor.
- Over 2M KGS — real estate required.
